Wake me up when September ends!
This fall, there will once again be three traditional “races”. And before you sign up – we’re all about having fun with fast “cross” off-road cycling and socializing. That’s why we won’t be sending anyone home if they roll up to the start line on their mother’s city bike.
It all starts in mid-October with the first ride/race to the north of Dresden. The second will follow in mid-November, before we travel to our friends in Blankenfelde in Berlin for the final, where we will also honor the overall winner.
To take part, you must register using the registration form opposite. On-site registration on race day is not possible this time. This is the only way we can plan better with the edibles and send you the top secret meeting point for the respective races a few days before the race. You will receive this by email in the form of a newsletter. It also contains all the other important information you need for the races.
For all races, food (cake and/or something from the barbecue) and drinks (water and beer) are included in the entry fee. In addition, everyone who takes part in all three races will receive a small souvenir gift from the CycloCrossCup #8.
Race 1 - "La Grand Gravelo" - 22.10.17
You design the first race! This means you decide whether you want to“shoot” or“cruise“. A route of approx. 80 km in the north of Dresden has to be covered on a wide variety of surfaces. There are several checkpoints on the tour that you have to find. There is also delicious food for you there.
Start and finish is the veloheld showroom in Dresden. You will receive the route and more detailed information a few days in advance by email. Registration deadline is 6.10.17
Race 2 - "inTeam" - 12.11.2017
The second race is organized in team race mode. You will need a partner for this. So if you don’t have one yet, you should definitely keep an eye out on Cross-Tinder now. The race will take place on 12.11.2017 in the city of Dresden. Again, all information will be available shortly beforehand for all those registered.
Race 3 - "CXmas" - 03.12.2017
For the third and final race, we are once again guests outside Dresden. This time we visit our friends from RSV Tretwerk in Blankenfelde, south of Berlin. The boys and girls have prepared a delicious BMX track for us crossers. Oh, and there will also be punch and gingerbread. We are looking forward to it and will give you the exact information one week before the start by email in the newsletter. Registration deadline is here on 27.11.2017
