1. Register your new frame or your new bike!
To receive your additional 5-year warranty from us, you can voluntarily register here within 3 months of receiving your bike. Even in the event of theft and recovery of your bike, we may be able to return your bike to you.
It also makes it more difficult to sell your bike illegally, as we can check whether it is “stolen property ” before you buy it second-hand. Please send us a message if you would like to check a frame number.
