However, if something is not right, you can read our warranty conditions here and send us all the necessary information in the event of any damage using the form below. This will help us to offer better and more durable products.
Our guarantee
Without limiting the customer’s statutory warranty rights, we voluntarily grant our customers a guarantee under the following conditions:
We grant our customers a total warranty of 5 years from the date of purchase on veloheld frames and veloheld forks, with the exception of damage to the paintwork if registered via our website within 3 months of purchase (as stated on the purchase form).
The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper or non-intended use, as outlined on our website for the respective product’s areas of application, such as:
- Neglect of the product (inadequate care and maintenance). Regular maintenance must be demonstrably carried out by a professional service provider or be evident on the frame and fork (regular internal corrosion protection in accordance with our recommendation).
- Modifications to the frame or fork (e.g., drilling, engravings, or painting).
- Adding or modifying additional components not expressly approved by us or replacing components installed by us with components of a different type upon delivery.
- Fall
- Overloading (observe maximum system weights and load limits).
- jumps or
- improper overloading of any other kind.
We reserve the right to repair defective frames or forks or to replace them with a suitable successor model after on-site inspection.
If frames and/or forks need to be replaced, we will replace them in the same color subject to availability, but reserve the right to replace them in a different color if they are not available.
Our warranty services do not include any further services (such as the costs of assembly and transportation) and any additional assembly or material costs resulting from a model change in the meantime. These costs are to be borne by the customer as part of our voluntary guarantee.
Our voluntary guarantee only applies to the first purchaser of the product.
After you have sent us all the information required here, including pictures of the bike and detailed pictures of the defect, our customer service will contact you promptly for the next steps.
