If you are still unsure about your size, features and desired color, please send us an email or give us a call. We are happy to help you with all our knowledge.
As we manufacture each bike individually for you and do not have any goods in stock, we indicate the current delivery time on the respective product page.

After we have received your order, you will receive an order confirmation incl. Pre-payment invoice with all the required details and the delivery date sent by email for checking. Now we'll wait for your payment to arrive and have a good coffee first. As soon as we have received your payment, we will send your new veloheld frameset and other parts to our powder coating department. Now is also the time when we can order other desired components for your new bike so that they arrive in time for assembly.

Once we have received your new frame back from our powder coater, we can start assembling your bike. This is done very conscientiously by experienced fitters with many years of experience in the bicycle sector. Our fitters will sign the individual steps for you on a routing slip so that you can follow each step of the installation. You will also find the frame number of your bike on it, which you can later register online with us to activate the warranty for first-time buyers.

The bike or frameset assembled for shipping is now safely packed and insured on its way to you. You will receive a "tracking" number from us in good time for dispatch, which you can use to track your parcel with the respective service provider. After 3 - 5 days delivery time you can receive your new veloheld.

Once you have received your bike and correctly fitted the front wheel, handlebars, pedals and saddle, you can finally get started. The quick assembly steps are described on our website for each wheel. If you have any questions about the bike and its components, we are here to help you.
