Six 5 mm thick foldable steel bars, connected by special rivets, foldable like a folding rule – this is what the BORDO™ 6000 folding lock looks like. The idea is not new, the locks in the BORDO™ family from ABUS are now real classics, yet their functionality is unsurpassed. Manufactured from specially hardened steel, the bars and housing offer a high level of resistance, while the folding technology gives the BORDO™ 6000 a high degree of flexibility. The high-quality ABUS Plus cylinder also ensures a high level of protection, e.g. against picking. A soft 2-component coating protects the paintwork of your bike. The “Made in Germany” quality of the BORDO™ 6000 folding lock has won international awards, including from test institutes in Russia, Denmark and the UK.
