Introducing the new veloheld.iron complete bike – your ultimate companion for serious mountain biking challenges!

We have completely redesigned the frame to build you the most balanced bikepacking trail MTB. The geometry is not too extreme, and with 120 mm of travel, the bike rolls perfectly even over uneven terrain. With the Reynolds 853 DZB down tube and top tube, the frame is super stable for really “rough” tours through the undergrowth.

  • Exhibition/test bike (with slight signs of use) with suspension fork in size M in the colour “Roman Bronze” glossy with copper decoration
  • Frame:double-butted and size-specific tubes made of  Reynolds 853 DZB (top and down tube) and 25CrMo4 steel, TIG welded, 44 mm head tube, 3D printed stainless steel logo brake mount, SRAM UDH derailleur hanger, T47 bottom bracket shell, brake and gear cable routing integrated from the down tube into the chainstays, internal dropper post cable routing possible in the seat tube, flat mount disc brake mount for 160 mm brake discs located in the rear triangle, mounting eyelets for 3 bottle holders + 1 bag mount on the top tube
  • Fork: Reba RL suspension fork – 29″, 120 mm travel, 51 mm offset, tapered, 15×110 mm Boost, Maxle Stealth
  • Gear system: Shimano SLX 1×12-speed
  • Wheels: DT Swiss M1900
  • Tyres: Schwalbe Nobby Nic, 29×2.4, Bronze Skin, foldable, Tubeless Easy (delivered with inner tube)
