INTROThere are those first days of the year when the air suddenly smells different and the last snow melts. It gets a little warmer and a little brighter. You set off on your bike and after the first few kilometers, you realize that winter is now truly behind you. This Bike of the Week, a veloheld.iconX Titan, is built for precisely these days.

Titanium is a decision.

The veloheld.iconX Titan is not a bike you buy on a whim. Those who ride titanium make a conscious decision. For a material that doesn’t need to be painted because it is already so beautiful. For a clean design with a sandblasted frame and polished silver accents.
A titanium frame rides smoothly because titanium is the ideal material for gravel adventures, all-road routes, or bike packing trips. Lightweight, extremely robust, and with natural damping.

Precision at the touch of a button: Shimano GRX 827 Di2

This setup underscores exactly that. Shifting is handled by the Shimano GRX 827 Di2 in 1×12. Electronic, precise, uncompromising. 42 teeth in front, 10 to 51 in back. That means steep climbs lose their terror and the fun really starts on fast passages.
Just press a button and the gear is engaged. Reliable. Especially when your legs start racking up the miles again in spring, this reliability is worth its weight in gold.

Control, comfort, clarity

At the front is a carbon fork combined with a Ritchey cockpit: the 420 mm wide handlebars, an 80 mm stem, and a carbon seat post ensure a sporty but comfortable riding position.

Fast and confident, rolls just the way you want.

The DT Swiss GRC 1400 wheels with 50 mm rim height bring speed into play without making the ride feel nervous. Add to that the Schwalbe G-One in 40 mm, tubeless construction.
The result: fast on asphalt, safe on gravel, and absolutely ready for those moments when you spontaneously decide to take the dirt road because the sun is just perfect.
