Our 2025 models: New veloheld bikes and frames

The new veloheld.icon Allroad Bike 2025

Our new veloheld.icon Allroad Bike will be launched soon! With an updated look thanks to new tube shapes from Columbus, the frame has a clear, striking line. Depending on the frame size, we now rely on a mixture of Columbus Spirit, Life and Zona tubes, which give the bike the perfect amount of lightness and stability. The new carbon fork offers space for tires up to 40 mm wide – so the bike can also be set up as a reliable all-weather bike with mudguards (up to 36 mm tires). For longer tours, we have provided the top tube with additional eyelets – perfect for attaching a bag for snacks or small items. More details about our new Allroad all-rounder will be available here soon! Availability: The frame (set) and the complete bike will be available from spring 2025!

Das nächste Highlight: das neue veloheld.farway mit Pinion Smart.Shift!

Your requests for the electronic Pinion gearbox have been heard! With the Pinion Smart.Shift and the electronic TRP Hywire levers, the new veloheld.farway now offers even more shifting comfort on the dropbar. The integration of the slightly larger Pinion battery was a particular challenge – it is discreetly concealed in the generous Columbus down tube. It does not have to be removed for charging, but can be conveniently recharged via a plug behind the gearbox. With a tire clearance of up to 2.1”, the bike is perfect for rough terrain and is ideal for adventure tours on unpredictable routes. New: the optional carbon fork, which cleverly offsets the weight of the Pinion system. Soon there will be a direct comparison with our veloheld.farway Gravel with Hibox system. The time will come in spring 2025 – stay tuned!

The veloheld.iron MTB – soon also in the Pinion version!

For all those who want to conquer even more demanding terrain while focussing on low maintenance, the new veloheld.iron Pinion is just right for you. The frame is based on our tried and tested bikepacking-compatible veloheld.iron mountain bike, which takes 2.4″ tyres in 29″ and is designed for the Pinion gearbox with a special frame bridge, a larger down tube (for the possible Smart.Shift battery) and our optimised dropouts. The fork option for this bike is a Rock Shox suspension fork, steel fork and now also the new carbon fork. You can look forward to the new frame and the complete bike from spring 2025!

Local welding – built in Leipzig!

All frames shown here are manufactured directly in our Leipzig workshop. This means: full control over the entire production process – from the first cut to the final weld seam. Our frame builders Lukas and Sören place particular emphasis on precision and detail to ensure the quality and durability that veloheld stands for. With CrMo steel, we also rely on a material that is not only robust and flexible, but also sustainable – repairable, fully recyclable and with a smaller ecological footprint than many alternatives such as aluminum or carbon. Yes, of course – we know that many bicycle components have come a long way and that we do not completely dispense with carbon. But with our steel frames from Leipzig, we are making our small contribution to a more sustainable cycling world.
