The veloheld.iconX Pinion is built for tours that end up being longer than planned! The electronic Pinion gear shift in the bottom bracket and the belt drive ensure that you don’t have to think about technology while you’re on the road, but rather about the next few kilometres. Twelve gears that perform reliably, no matter how heavy your bags are or how steep the climb. The steel frame, manufactured in Leipzig, absorbs vibrations from rough roads and gets you through long stages in comfort. With the option of a SON lighting system, you’re well equipped even for spontaneous extra-long rides or early starts. The standard Beetle Juice colour gives the whole thing a distinctive look – or you can choose your own colour and make it your bike.A gravel bike for everyone for whom the journey is the destination.

How will the bike be delivered to me?

The bike is delivered almost fully assembled and safely packed in a cardboard box by a forwarding agent within Germany. After delivery, you can assemble it ready to ride in a few simple steps and without special tools and go on your first ride straight away. You can find all information on assembly here.

What exactly do I have to install after delivery?

After delivery, you can quickly assemble the bike ready to ride with just a few simple steps and a few tools. To do this, the handlebars and stem must be turned in the direction of travel, the pedals installed and your saddle height adjusted.

Can I test ride the bike?

If you live near one of our dealers, you can also test ride your dream bike there. Please get in touch with the dealer first to make sure that they have the bike in stock and can prepare it for you if necessary.

Wenn Du das Rad direkt bei uns kaufst, kannst Du es nach Erhalt und Montage bei Dir zu Hause auf trockenem Untergrund direkt Probe fahren. Sollte es Dir wider Erwarten nicht gefallen und/oder passen, holen wir es wieder versandkostenfrei bei Dir ab. Dazu musst Du es nur wieder sicher in den Versandkarton packen und auf die Abholung warten. Achtung: Dies gilt nicht für individuell angefertigte Wunschräder.

What is the maximum permissible system weight?

The maximum permissible system weight for the veloheld.iconX consisting of bicycle, rider and luggage should not exceed 120 kg for frame sizes XS, S and M and 140 kg for frame sizes L, XL and XXL with steel fork. When used with a carbon fork, the limit for all sizes is 120 kg.

Can I fit a side stand?

Yes, you can mount a KSA 18 kickstand directly on the frame at the left rear dropout.
