The TiAl3V2.5 frame comes with many details for versatile use. The internal cable routing is perfectly prepared for 1x groupsets. Of course, you can also run “classic” 2x groupsets or run modern Shimano Di2 shifting cables in the frame. The tire clearance of up to 50 mm width with 28″ wheels gives you a free choice for rough or paved terrain. With these and more details, you are perfectly equipped for epic tours with or without luggage.

    Verarbeitung ist Super, die Schweißnähte ein Traum sehr sauber und die Zugverlegung find ich auch sehr gut, die Leute bei Veloheld sind sehr Freundlich, Flexibel und Spontan. Habe mir den Rahmen direkt beim Veloheld besichtigt, konnte meinen LRS vor Ort probemontieren und die Gabel hab ich mir vom Stahlrahmen Modell wählen dürfen und alles ohne Vorankündigung und gleich kaufen und gut. Besser geht es nicht und jeder Zeit wieder! VG Kay

    Unglaublich vielseitiges Rahmenset. Fahre das Rad nun seit über einem Jahr mit zwei unterschiedlichen Laufradsätzen (entweder als Allroad oder als Gravelbike) und bin überglücklich. Ob schnell über die Bahntrasse von Aachen ins Hohe Venn und anschließen ruppig durch die Eifel oder eine lange Rennradtour durchs Bergische Land – Das Rad macht echt alles mit und der Komfort des Titanrahmens ist genial!

How will the bike be delivered to me?

The bike is delivered almost fully assembled and securely packed in a cardboard box by a forwarding agent within Germany. After delivery, you can assemble it ready to ride in a few simple steps and without special tools and go on your first ride straight away. You can find all information about the structure here.

What exactly do I have to install after delivery?

After delivery, you can quickly assemble the bike ready to ride with just a few simple steps and a few tools. To do this, the handlebars incl. Turn the stem in the direction of travel, install the pedals and adjust your saddle height.

You will find all the exact assembly steps in the assembly instructions.

Can I test ride the bike?

If you live near one of our dealers, you can also test ride your dream bike there. Please get in touch with the dealer first so that he really has the bike in stock and can prepare it for you if necessary.

If you buy the bike directly from us, you can test ride it on a dry surface at home after receiving and assembling it. If, contrary to expectations, you don’t like it and/or it doesn’t fit, we will collect it from you again free of charge. All you have to do is pack it safely back into the shipping box and wait for collection. Please note: This does not apply to customized bikes.

Do I have an additional guarantee?

Without limiting the statutory warranty rights, we grant you a total warranty of 5 years from the date of purchase on veloheld frames and veloheld forks. You can find the exact details on our warranty and guarantee page.

Please register your bike here within 3 months of purchase to receive the warranty.

What is the maximum permissible system weight?

The maximum permissible system weight for the veloheld.iconX consisting of bicycle, rider and luggage should not exceed 120 kg for frame sizes XS, S and M and 140 kg for frame sizes L, XL and XXL with steel fork. When used with a carbon fork, the limit for all sizes is 120 kg.

Can I fit a side stand?

Unfortunately no, you cannot mount a stand directly on the frame of this bike.
