Introducing the new veloheld.iron 2024 frame – your ultimate companion for real mountain biking challenges!
We’ve completely redesigned the frame to build the most balanced bikepacking trail MTB for you. The geometry isn’t too extreme and is optimised for forks with 100–120 mm of travel. With Reynolds 853 DZB down and top tubes, the frame is super-sturdy for really ‘rough’ rides through the undergrowth. The 29” or 27.5” tyres, up to 2.6” wide, also help you out here.

The new T47 bottom bracket allows for a “clean” routing of the gear and brake cables directly through the frame, and the universal UDH derailleur hanger keeps your rear derailleur secure. By the way, we build the frame locally in our own frame-building workshop in Leipzig.
