As a bicycle manufacturer, we coat each frameset individually for you. Due to the current order and delivery situation, we need 1 - 2 months after order confirmation to manufacture and ship your frame set.

The veloheld.path frame set is ideal for anyone who wants to build their own urban bike a9> urban bike themselves – robust, comfortable and stylish. Cobblestones, potholes and gravel paths are no match for the steel frame handles with ease thanks to 27.5-inch wheels and up to 50 mm tyre width with ease.

This frame set made from high-quality CrMo steel can be fitted with your choice of either belt drive and in-hub gears or classically with derailleur gears equip – entirely depending on your intended use. Of course is the veloheld.path available from us also directly as ready-to-ride urban bike available.

Who is the veloheld.path frameset suitable for

The frameset is aimed at anyone who wants to customize a robust, low-maintenance urban bike or commuter bike with a steel frame.

Which gear types are compatible?

You can use the frameset with hub gears (e.g. Shimano Alfine or Rohloff) or classic derailleur gears.

 

Is a belt drive possible?

Yes, the frameset is prepared for the Gates Carbon Drive belt drive – including a separable dropout.

 

What is the maximum width of the tires?

The frame set offers space for tires up to 50 mm wide (2.0″ inch) on 27.5-inch wheels in conjunction with the mudguards. Without mudguards, there is space for approx. 57 mm wide tires (2.25″ inch).

 

What material is the frame made of?

The frame is made of high-quality, double-butted CrMo steel with a powder-coated surface.

Is the veloheld.path also available as a complete bike?

Yes, the veloheld.path is also available as a fully assembled urban bike with belt drive.
