The veloheld.iconX is your all-rounder for all occasions – whether as a cyclocross bike for the “hunt in the mud“, as a gravel bike for extended tours or as a reliable city bike for the daily commute to work.

The lightweight steel frame made from heat-treated CrMo is not only robust, but also versatile: the extra-stiff “tapered” head tube allows modern tapered carbon forks to be integrated perfectly. If you prefer a more classic look, you can opt for the chromoly fork – ideal for luggage and additional bottle cages thanks to the mounting options close to the axle.

The flat-mount disc brakes on the veloheld.iconX provide you with the necessary safety and powerful braking performance – whether on gravel, off-road or in the city. The brakes are neatly and inconspicuously integrated into the rear frame triangle. Thanks to the discreet eyelets for mudguards and pannier rack, you can easily transform the iconX into a sporty tourer or a fast everyday commuter.

Best of all, the veloheld.iconX is available as a complete bike with various options – and of course in your RAL colour of choice.

How will the bike be delivered to me?

The bike is delivered almost fully assembled and securely packed in a cardboard box by a forwarding agent within Germany. After delivery, you can assemble it ready to ride in a few simple steps and without special tools and go on your first ride straight away. You can find all information about the structure here.

What exactly do I have to install after delivery?

After delivery, you can quickly assemble the bike ready to ride with just a few simple steps and a few tools. To do this, the handlebars incl. Turn the stem in the direction of travel, install the pedals and adjust your saddle height.

You will find all the exact assembly steps in the assembly instructions.

Can I test ride the bike?

If you live near one of our dealers, you can also test ride your dream bike there. Please get in touch with the dealer first so that he really has the bike in stock and can prepare it for you if necessary.

If you buy the bike directly from us, you can test ride it on a dry surface at home after receiving and assembling it. If, contrary to expectations, you don’t like it and/or it doesn’t fit, we will collect it from you again free of charge. All you have to do is pack it safely back into the shipping box and wait for collection. Please note: This does not apply to customized bikes.

Do I have an additional guarantee?

Without limiting the statutory warranty rights, we grant you a total warranty of 5 years from the date of purchase on veloheld frames and veloheld forks. You can find the exact details on our warranty and guarantee page.

Please register your bike here within 3 months of purchase to receive the warranty.

What is the maximum permissible system weight?

The maximum permissible system weight for the veloheld.iconX consisting of bicycle, rider and luggage should not exceed 120 kg for frame sizes XS, S and M and 140 kg for frame sizes L, XL and XXL with steel fork. When used with a carbon fork, the limit for all sizes is 120 kg.

Can I fit a side stand?

Unfortunately no, you cannot mount a stand directly on the frame of this bike.
