How will the bike be delivered to me?

The bike is delivered almost fully assembled and safely packed in a cardboard box by a forwarding agent within Germany. After delivery, you can assemble it ready to ride in a few simple steps and without special tools and go on your first ride straight away. You can find all information on assembly here.

What exactly do I have to install after delivery?

After delivery, you can quickly assemble the bike ready to ride with just a few simple steps and a few tools. To do this, the handlebars and stem must be turned in the direction of travel, the pedals installed and your saddle height adjusted.

You will find all the exact assembly steps in the assembly instructions.

Can I test ride the bike?

If you buy the bike directly from us, you can test ride it on a dry surface at home after receiving and assembling it. If, contrary to expectations, you don’t like it and/or it doesn’t fit you can return it to us. All you have to do is pack it safely back into the shipping box and send us an email. We will tell you the next steps. Please note: This does not apply to customised bikes.

Do I have an additional guarantee?

Without limiting the statutory warranty rights, we grant you a warranty totalling 5 years from the date of purchase on veloheld frames and veloheld forks. You can find the exact details on our warranty and guarantee page.

Please register your bike here within 3 months of purchase to receive the warranty.

What is the maximum permissible system weight?

The maximum permissible system weight for the veloheld.iconX Titan consisting of bicycle, rider and luggage should not exceed 120 kg.

Can I fit a side stand?

Unfortunately no, you cannot mount a stand directly on the frame of this bike.

Can I mount a child seat?

Unfortunately, no here too. The tubes could be damaged in the clamping area of the seat and make the frame unrideable.
