As a bike manufacturer, we build every bike individually for you. Due to the current order - and delivery situation we require we for the production and dispatch of available wheels 8–12 weeks following order confirmation.

Size M is currently sold out and will be available in autumn 2026 .

    Das AlleyX fahre ich seit knapp 2 Jahren – bislang ca. 7000 km, hauptsächlich im Schwarzwald (viele, viele Höhenmeter…); die Schaltung ist präzise, die Übersetzung für die meisten Anforderungen gut, außer bei Anstiegen von mehr als 14 % – dann wird’ s herb. Aber ansonsten bin ich nach wie vor begeistert – vor allem auch von dem Riemenantrieb (kein lästiges Kettenwechseln mehr alle 2000 km) – sehr wartungsfreundlich! Seit ich das Gravel AlleyX von Veloheld habe, steht mein E-MTB ziemlich viel rum 🙂 – also ich würde es wieder kaufen!

How will the bike be delivered to me?

The bike is delivered almost fully assembled and securely packed in a cardboard box by a forwarding agent within Germany. After delivery, you can assemble it ready to ride in a few simple steps and without special tools and go on your first ride straight away. You can find all information about the structure here.

What exactly do I have to install after delivery?

After delivery, you can quickly assemble the bike ready to ride with just a few simple steps and a few tools.

To do this, the handlebars incl. Turn the stem in the direction of travel, install the pedals and adjust your saddle height.

You will find all the exact assembly steps in the assembly instructions.

Can I test ride the bike?

If you live near one of our dealers, you can also test ride your dream bike there. Please get in touch with the dealer first so that he really has the bike in stock and can prepare it for you if necessary.

If you buy the bike directly from us, you can test ride it on a dry surface at home after receiving and assembling it. If, contrary to expectations, you don’t like it and/or it doesn’t fit, we will collect it from you again free of charge. All you have to do is pack it safely back into the shipping box and wait for collection. Please note: This does not apply to customized bikes.

Do I have an additional guarantee?

Without limiting the statutory warranty rights, we grant you a total warranty of 5 years from the date of purchase on veloheld frames and veloheld forks. You can find the exact details on our warranty and guarantee page.

Please register your bike here within 3 months of purchase to receive the warranty.

What is the maximum permissible system weight?

The maximum permissible system weight for the veloheld.alleyX consisting of bicycle, rider and luggage should not exceed 120 kg.

Can I fit a side stand?

Yes, you can mount a side stand over the flatmount. This is possible with a special stand for this purpose or via an adapter from CRM, to which you can then attach a KSA 18 stand of your choice.
